Xkeptic World Takeover explores H.E.I . Human Emotional Intelligence, a concept that understands emotion as a shared infrastructure rather than a private experience. Through masks, ritual symbols, and speculative characters, the exhibition reframes masking not as concealment but as a transformative technology long practiced within African ritual traditions. These works invite viewers to participate in an emotional field where empathy allows movement between multiple perspectives and bodies, forming temporary communities of shared feeling.

The takeover also expands into sound and nightlife through a collaboration with Cute Community Radio, hosting a masked party and club set that transforms the dance floor into a ritual space. Participants are invited to wear masks, engaging directly with the exhibition’s exploration of masking as both performance and transformation. Within this collective environment of music, movement, and anonymity, the mask becomes a tool for shifting identity, dissolving social boundaries, and activating the shared emotional intelligence that lies between bodies.

In contrast to contemporary obsessions with artificial intelligence, this project proposes a return to a deeper human system.
