Cizzle Akoto, A.K.A. DJ Spread Out, has carried music in his blood since childhood. 

Raised in a family full of sound – a father who worked as a DJ in the 80s and 90s, a brother who is a renowned and successful gospel singer and composer, two brothers who once found their voice in rap, and a youngest brother who is now a well-known and influential DJ in Germany – Cizzle’s path into music was almost inevitable.

With roots in Ghana, the rhythm of Africa flows through every movement he makes behind the decks. For him, Afro sound is not simply a genre, but heritage, memory, and heartbeat all at once. Since early childhood, he has lived between beats, stories, and cultures, transforming this energy into sets that connect past, present, and future.
